Management
The management plans, controls and supervises all company processes. It defines the company’s moral, philosophy and culture. It is the core and germ cell for all activities. Healthy, organic growth can be generated, whenever throughout the entire process of service performance, all social interactions, which the management considers as quality features, are supported by the entire organisation. The management defines all objectives. As a consequence, it is responsible for all success as well as failure. This refers to all single projects as well as to the overall development. In terms of the share holder value, the focus is on the investor’s equity return, on a constantly increasing company value and long-term success of all business actions. To succeed here, it defines the production factors and runs allocation of resources.

Administration
Within the administration, we formally support the entire process of service performance. Here it is important, that redtapism does not affect flexibility and also that framework requirements create transparency. We are bringing together information that is beneficial for company success.  After evaluating and verifying data, we present it to the management, so it is possible to make functional, tactical and strategic decisions. We keep records of all activities, and we can point out the administration history at any time. We prepare and process the whole hiring process. Furthermore, we contribute to the human resource development and help other organisational units with administrative tasks. We are the company’s “economic conscience” preparing the company-relevant figures and transmitting them to the management. We are responsible for cash flow.

Sales and distribution                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 We acquire new cooperation for standardised business IT solutions, IT consulting and IT services. We design and develop sales strategies; specifically for the different industries, products and countries. The objective is an optimal market entry for ClassiX®. We take the whole responsibility for strategic partnerships with small- and medium-sized system resellers and software developers. It is our objective, to establish ClassiX® as a standard technology platform for development and realisation of business solutions level with the system resellers. We acquire new customers for standardised business IT solutions, IT consulting and IT services. We administer existing customer contacts, prepare offers and make all necessary decisions. We build and maintain customer relationships in a target-oriented way.  This customer service is individually specific for each customer and market segment. Constantly delivering technical updates, we keep our existent and potential customers up-to-date. We create case studies for our customers to implement ClassiX® as a business IT solution. 

Our students
Depending on individual qualifications and/or affinity, our students support all different organiszational divisions. From the company’s perspective, they are valuable assistance, conducting a part of the business processes directly and self dependently coordinating with the person in charge. ClassiX® offers good job opportunities for people in and – if still interested- after university.

Quality Management
We support the administration department, basic- and application development in documentation and quality assurance. We take on the entire responsibility for modern knowledge management at ClassiX®. With test- and evaluation systems and –methods, we help developing and extending our lead in terms of knowledge.  Furthermore, we coordinate the ClassiX® presentation in- and outwardly with our company portal and our internet presence. We consolidate all information about ClassiX® and prepare it according to the target market to keep the entire OO ERP system toolbox documented.

Application development
Based on the standard software technology ClassiX®, we develop customised business applications, design software solutions. We build the required environment for software development and conduct software tests according to our own design. In reference to the project, we attend planning and approval with the customer. We coordinate customer requirements in a task-oriented way and guarantee for maintenance and future upgrades of all provided ClassiX® systems.  As the responsible technical experts, we manage complex IT projects for business applications based on the standard software technology directly at the customer’s site. We take the responsibility in all project stages, starting with technical- and data processing conception, implementation, system test up to distribution and start-up. Other than making sure, that all objectives as in content, time, budget and quality are maintained, we also take care of motivation and guidance of all people who are involved in the project. Another part of our job is the identification and evaluation of project risks and success-oriented reporting based on preliminary- and final project costing created by us.

Software development
Based on C++ , using modern technology, we advance our basic software technology ClassiX® and the system components CyberEnterprise®, InstantView® and AppsWarehouse®.
In detail, this means, that we develop the library for precast business application modules (AppsWarehouse®), the library for C++ classes and the scripting language objects  (InstantView®) with its functions (database, objects) and object member functions. Just like arithmetics, string processing and program organisation, manipulation of the windows interface is also part of our duties.
