Configuration

To benefit from ClassiX® services, each company - in conjunction with ClassiX^® - essentially needs to plan their configuration and migration processes very well.
There are many tasks to be completed before-, during- and after system migration.

This might include basic data definition (fiscal year, tax key etc.), which generally means a simple data transfer from the previous IT system, but it can also be the makeover of data used so far. Most tasks will be part of the organizational and classifying divisions, such as item classifications, sales districts etc..

Major task though, is the business process reengineering. Currently used methods need to be questioned and improved with ClassiX^®. It will also be necessary to make many new organizational specifications and to enter them directly as control functions into the ClassiX^® System.
