The following task listings are just a general guideline for a successful project schedule. Before starting the migration to ClassiX®, it is important to identify company characteristics and to integrate them into the client project schedule. Only after this has been done, it makes sense to give single tasks to the according employees and to set milestones and deadlines.
It is possible to vary the specified execution order, as long as the predefined milestone order is maintained (see column Remark/Precondition).
Project schedule proposal - Explanations:
Column "Classifications":
Column "topic / problem": Topic / problem description. All specifications with a * are not essential for reaching a milestone. In any case, they should be "maintained" at a later date.
Column "level": A "good" data / specification development / definition makes future work easier. The specifications low/medium/high shall indicate the potential "need for discussion".
Column "division":
Column "problem type":
Column "remark / precondition": Topic- / problem descriptions. For new milestones - information on the indispensable milestone to be reached beforehand. This brings about a minimum order to be maintained during migration.
